Acid Drop is an level object originating from the game Mega Man 2 for the NES. It was added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.7.0.
Acid Drop is 1x1 in the Editor and can be placed on the underside of tiles, specifically used on what are considered "ceilings" in a given screen. Acid Drop in-game will drop tiny droplet projectiles that travel downward and will damage the player if they come into contact with those projectiles. Acid Drop can be modified in the Editor to multiple different speed settings that will determine how fast Acid Drop will produce droplet projectiles.
In Mega Man Maker Acid Drop can interact with Mega Man 11's Chemical Solution Object. Acid Drop can increase the acidity level of Chemical Solution by one with each drop.
