Rebound Striker is a bouncing weapon that can be aimed in three different directions: straight ahead, diagonal up and diagonal down. Other than a ball fired straight ahead which bounces upwards after a 45 degree rotation, each bounce will cause the Rebound Striker ball to travel in a 90 degree rotation. With each bounce the Rebound Striker ball increases damage strength by 1 which maximizes in its fifth and final bounce, causing 6 damage. After the fourth bounce, a ball will also start flashing.  Up to two Rebound Striker projectiles can be onscreen at once.

Unlike other bouncing weapons in ''Mega Man Maker'' that are nullified upon hitting the shields of a shielded [[enemy]], Rebound Striker has the unique ability to sometimes rebound off shielded enemies allowing it to become stronger which can be useful for advanced bouncing attack strategies.

Rebound Striker is Strike Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 10. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.9.0.

Behavior

Unlike other bouncing weapons in Mega Man Maker that are nullified upon hitting the shields of a shielded enemy, Rebound Striker has the unique ability to sometimes rebound off shielded enemies allowing it to become stronger which can be useful for advanced bouncing attack strategies.

Trivia

  • The functionality of Rebound Striker rebounding off shielded enemies does not work 100% of the time as it did in Mega Man 10, presumably due to limitations in the Mega Man Maker engine.
