DLN-065/DRN-065 Concrete Man is an industrial robot and one of the nine Robot Masters from Mega Man 9. He was added to Mega Man Maker in version 1.5.0. He is using his signature weapon, the Concrete Shot to attack and to trap Mega Man.

Concrete Man was created by Dr. Light. However, Dr. Wily manipulated him by using his fears of getting scrapped during Mega Man 9's events.

Behavior

Concrete Man does high jumps, and often does a ground pound that immobilizes the player character if the latter has not jumped before the ground pound is finished. More often than not, Concrete Man will seek to aim towards the player with his ground pound. When dashing, Concrete Man will move until colliding with a wall or the end of a screen. When colliding during his dash, Concrete Man will be bounced back.

Concrete Man never waits more than 4 attacks to use Concrete Shot, and is much more likely to use it if he is just performed a ground pound. He can shoot from 1 to 3 shots, which will deal damage and immobilize the player, which exposes it to receive a combo attack. If the concrete shots did not hit the player character, the shots will solidify and will function as solid platform. Those blocks will destroy themselves with time, but will be destroyed faster if Concrete Man dashes or ground pounds into one. Concrete Man's version of the Concrete Shot was modified to no longer block the player's projectiles. The primary weakness can destroy the Concrete Shot blocks. The shots might be dodged by pumping or moving away from the zone they are about to fall.

Concrete Man cannot destroy the player's version of the Concrete Shot and instead treats it like solid terrain.
