The Mecha Pitchan is a baseball throwing robot that was first introduced as an enemy in Mega Man 10, where it primarily appeared in both Strike Man and Ballade's stages.
Mecha Pitchan debuted in version 1.6.0 of Mega Man Maker.
Level Builder
The Mecha Pitchan is designated to the 5th layer, along with tiles and most level objects. Its color can be set to either orange or blue, which will affect the movement pattern and behavior of the Pitchan's projectiles.
Behavior
Standing in place, the Mecha Pitchan is stationary and incapable of movement. Immediately after spawning, the Mecha Pitchan will begin its pattern of attack by throwing a baseball projectile which arcs downwards through the air and through any solid terrain. These baseballs are incapable of traveling an infinite range like the fireballs of the Hothead, but the force and distance in which they are thrown is dependent on the player's current position. The baseball can also be shot at and damaged by the player's weapons. Once the baseball has despawned by flying off screen (or when it has been destroyed), the Mecha Pitchan will immediately attempt to throw another. However, the blue variant of the Mecha Pitchan can throw a far more unique version of the projectile, which freezes in place for a few seconds after it passes the Pitchan's vertical position. It will then fling itself directly at the player in a straight line. It can still be damaged and destroyed, and otherwise has its properties unchanged.

Trivia
- If the Mecha Pitchan's baseball projectiles are reflected by weapons such as Jewel Satellite, Shine or Proto Man's shield, they will considered destroyed, and thus the Mecha Pitchan will be immediately prompted to throw another.
