DCN-029/DWN-029 Ring Man is one of the 8 Robot Masters from Mega Man 4 that is featured in Mega Man Maker as of its version 1.3.0 update. Ring Man is armed with his signature weapon, Ring Boomerang, which he uses exclusively when attacking.
Ring Man was created by Doctor Cossack during Mega Man 4 events, where his mission was to terminate Mega Man, which he failed. He later come back during Mega Man IV's events where he tried to kill Mega Man second time where he failed once again.
Behavior
Ring Man will pause for moments at a time before throwing a Ring Boomerang in a straight line before stopping at the player's location and returning to Ring Man. This is then usually followed by a jump and another thrown Ring Boomerang while in mid-air that will return to him as he runs to the opposite side of the screen, making jumping over him more difficult.
Ring Man is fairly straight forward with his attack pattern, knowing exactly how he works and being prepared to react quickly will help you get through the battle. Always be prepared to jump over the ring boomerang twice or by tricking it to stop and jumping away from it, but don't be too quick to jump over him while he's running towards your side of the screen as you may be hit by the returning Ring Boomerang still in the air. He's arguably easier to deal with in most unconventional boss rooms, as not having one flat platform for the room can make it easier to dodge his Ring Boomerangs, and his inability to move left or right while jumping makes it easy to trap him in many areas thus making it nearly impossible for him to collide with you.

Glitches
- When Ring Man lands after a jump, he will occasionally clip and fall through various level objects, including Ring Platforms, Drop Platforms, and Ladders. It is currently unknown if this is a glitch or intentional.
- If Ring Man is stuck off screen in a multiple-screen boss room he can still throw his Ring Boomerangs as far the the Player. However, when they try and return to Ring Man they will not be registered as returned if he's still off screen, most likely getting stuck in another part of the room for some reason. If a Teleporter is then used to take the player and force Ring Man into another room the previously thrown rings elsewhere in the map will then all begin to return to him from wherever they were resulting in a barrage of Ring Boomerangs coming out of seemingly nowhere.
- If there are multiple Ring Men in a screen, their boomerangs can be mixed up and travel to the nearest Ring Man available.
Trivia
- Ring Man is missing an attack he had in the original, where he throws a ring forward while walking to the other side of the room, however this was an intentional change.
