The Lamper is an owl-like lamp enemy that can only be placed in the topmost row of a screen. It will fly left and right while targeting the player, periodically dropping flames from their lamp. In the original game, Lampers were used as the only light source in some parts of the level, though this feature is yet to be confirmed in ''Mega Man Maker''.
