The Lamper is an owl-like gas lamp enemy from Mega Man 11, originating from Torch Man's stage. Lamper was added in Mega Man Maker version 1.9.0.

Behavior

A Lamper will fly left and right at the top of a screen while targeting the player, periodically dropping flames straight down from its lamp. In the original game, Lampers were used as the only light source in some parts of the Torch Man stage. Light providing functionality via Lampers can be recreated in Mega Man Maker by placing Lamper in a screen that has the Moving Light Darkness level object applied. The flames dropped by Lampers can ignite Oil and melt ice themed level objects.
