Wire is a utility from Mega Man 4, obtained by traversing a Spike pit after the second mini-boss in Dive Man's stage. It will be featured in Mega Man Maker in version 1.10.0.
When the shoot key is pressed, the player launches a wire that goes upwards, then hooks itself onto any ceiling it comes across.
