"Electric Shock" was originally obtained by defeating Jupiter in the Gameboy game Mega Man V and was added into Mega Man Maker in version 1.8.0.
Electric Shock is a short ranged weapon that, when fired, emits a constant stream of electricity directly in front of the player so long as the fire button is held and Weapon Energy is available. When Electric Shock is being fired the player is unable to move but can still jump in any direction; this allows the player the ability to constantly attack in one direction while jumping in the opposite direction. Being an Electric Category weapon Electric Shock can interact with multiple Electric Interactive Objects in Mega Man Maker. Electric Shock is capable of shooting through the shields of enemies and destroying enemy projectiles of all sorts.
Interactions
Unique to Mega Man Maker Electric Shock was given the function of dealing less damage to water related enemies and extra damage to enemies with at least 10 HP or more. This is signified to the player by how many beams of electricity are visible when hitting an enemy with Electric Shock. Less damage is signified by a single beam of alternating electricity while dealing damage, and extra damage is signified by additional "outline" sprites on the electricity beams while dealing damage.
