Tornado Blow is Tornado Man's signature weapon, originating from Mega Man 9. It is featured in Mega Man Maker as of version 1.5.0.
When the attack key is pressed, tornados will emerge from the bottom of the screen and sweep upwards, dealing damage to the entire screen in the process. During the process, the user's jump height is increased to five tiles and their fall speed is slightly lowered. These effects do not occur if the user is underwater, however. Enemies that are defeated by Tornado Blow will be carried up off the screen, being unable to drop items as a result. Projectiles will be swept away as well, and otherwise indestructible enemies such as Spines, Okosutobon, and Mets hiding within their helmets are not safe either.
