Rush Marine is a weapon originating from from Mega Man 3, obtained by defeating Shadow Man. It is featured in Mega Man Maker since version 1.10.0.
Behavior
When the shoot button is pressed, the player will summon Rush as a submarine: once jumped in and entered, the player can traverse water freely as well as shoot uncharged buster shots. Weapon energy is used up continuously while the player is in the Rush Marine.
When the player is in Rush Marine out of water, they cannot move but can jump four tiles high while still in it. The player can also jump out of Rush Marine to move freely and shoot uncharged buster shots without using up weapon energy.
If the player ends a level while in Rush Marine, instead of separate victory animation sprites, they will exit Rush Marine as normal and perform their victory animation as if they were not equipped in Rush Marine at the time. Rush Marine is also despawned at this time.
Each playable character has their own Rush Marine skin with the same functionality: Proto Man with Proto Marine, Bass with Treble Marine, and Roll with Tango Marine.

Trivia
- During development, Eddie was initially considered for Rush Marine for Roll. However, as Beat and Tango were normally used as utility weapons for Roll and Beat was already used for Rush Bike, Tango was chosen instead for Rush Marine.
