Yoku Blocks (officially called Appearing Blocks, Bun Blocks, Tenmetsu Blocks, Vanish Blocks, or simply "Blocks"[1]) are a Level Object based on the recurring element from the Mega Man series. Yoku Blocks have been present in Mega Man Maker since the initial 1.0.0 release.
Behavior
Yoku Blocks are 1x1 tiles that appear and disappear in a looping sequence. In Mega Man Maker, this sequence consists of 5 "ticks" (each roughly one second). When the sequence reaches a Yoku Block's assigned tick, the Yoku Block will appear and remain on-screen for 2 ticks.
Settings
When placed, a Yoku Block has two settings, represented by an icon of the Yoku Block and a number:
- Appearance: Represented by an icon of the Yoku Block. Clicking this option will cycle the appearance of the currently selected Yoku Block through one of 16 different styles.
- Sequence: Represented by a number from 1 to 5. Clicking this will change which tick the Yoku Block will appear on.

Reflecting Yoku Block is the very first addition to Mega Man Maker from the game Mega Man and Bass and was added in version 1.5.0.
Reflecting Yoku Block is a navy blue variant of the standard Yoku Block object behaving exactly like it with the special exception of being able to reflect player projectiles.
Trivia
- Despite debuting in Mega Man & Bass, Reflecting Yoku Block is listed under the general tab in the editor alongside standard Yoku Blocks.
